Things are going awesome! We got working on the planning right away. We have four months to plan (approximately), and now it's down to three. The first month was NOT wasted, however. We acquired quite a few things for our future home. I am taking my entire bedroom set along with me (a dresser/vanity, a desk, and a bed with a gigantic headboard that includes an iPod hookup), and Colin is bringing along his flat screen TV. We both have laptops and iPods as well. His boss at work, her name is Margaret, actually GAVE us a really nice brown leather couch for FREE a few weeks ago! It is gorgeous, and it's really big.
We also found an amazing deal on a table with four matching chairs on craig's list. It was $125 for the entire set - the table is cherry wood on the top, and the legs and underneath are painted black. The chairs are thick and designed pretty much the same way. It's rustic - looking, yet still modern. It's beautiful! We are so lucky to have found such an amazing deal, it was good that we called them so quickly. We literally called a couple of hours after it was posted. I'm sure it would've been gone if we had waited even a day.
